The IconProcess is a structured yet flexible approach for developing a strategy and creating a Web-based application to make that strategy a reality. The IconProcess is a set of activities, artifacts, and roles based on IconATG's best practices for Web development. These best practices were selected from hundreds of award-winning and business-enhancing websites developed among IconATG offices around the world.

Whether you use the Unified Process or an agile approach, IconProcess techniques can increase your project's success. IconProcess activities and artifacts were specifically created to fill in the gaps and update existing approaches for Web development.
