Working with international experts in many disciplines, Kathy is refining IconATG's best practices for Web development and integrating them into a coherent framework based on the Unified Process. Additionally, Kathy Marshak co-authored the IconProcess training course.

When not working on the IconProcess, Kathy offers her expertise to project teams as a consultant. She mentors and leads teams in: adapting the Rational Unified Process® (RUP) and the IconProcess, applying use case techniques, using UML and other object-oriented technologies, improving project management and testing, designing user interfaces, and re-engineering business processes. As a catalyst for integrating people, process, and technology in different industries around the U.S., Kathy has obtained invaluable experience and exposure to best (and worst) practices.
And yes, thousands of frequent flyer miles.

Kathy's clients have included Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, bioMérieux, SBC, SUPERVALU, and Wausau Insurance Companies, in addition to IconATG teams building sites for other clients. She is based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Prior to joining Insight Technology Group in 1996 (IconATG acquired Insight in 2000) she developed systems for the United States Air Force and the Defense Logistics Services Center. She graduated from DePauw University.
