As a project management representative, Lou Hawn contributes experience in planning and management for traditional RUP projects, as well as contemporary e-development projects. He enjoys the challenge of successfully integrating a multi-talented team consisting of business, creative, and technical disciplines, and working with these teams to incorporate and refine their best practices into shareable and repeatable processes.

In addition to managing projects internal to IconATG, Lou maintains a number of external clients that draw on his expertise as a project manager. He contributes to the development of IconATG's own software project management course, and frequently instructs courses internally and to external clients. When he is not busy keeping up with the ever-changing field of software development, Lou is Managing Director for IconATG's St. Louis and Washington DC offices.
